Bikes can only be picked up in a real bike store. Bikes are not a commodity, and when you purchase a bike through BikeStoreGuys.com we encourage you to work with your local dealer to make sure that you chose the correct size product. (See our bike fitting page for more details).
Parts & Accessories can be picked up in store or be shipped direct to your home by our fulfillment partners. Shipping charges are always waived on any products picked-up in store! We encourage you to always consider picking up in store if there is a fulfilling dealer within driving distance of your home. BikeStoreGuys.com also offers the convenience of direct to home shipment. As a part of our mission, your local bikestoreguys.com store will receive a proportional share of all ship to home orders.
Our Shopatron shopping service makes it easy to find and purchase the bike products you want. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery of your order. Shopatron currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your order is routed to our nearest bike store or fulfillment partner for immediate processing.
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. We don't know the exact amount of tax until your order ships, due to the unique nature of the Shopatron service. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges. Orders picked up at a store location are subject to sales tax.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee is applied to a split package.
BikeStoreGuys only ships within the continental U.S. All bikes must be picked up in a participating bike store. You will not incur a shipping expense on bikes, or any other order picked up in-store. Please note that any bikes returned through our stores will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges apply on direct-to-home orders of Parts, Accessories and Clothing. BikeStoreGuys.com direct-to-home shipping charges are based upon item weight. When you place items in your shopping cart and check out, you will see the estimated shipping charges before you place your order. In the unlikely event that shipping charges are higher than estimated, you will be notified by email before the charges are made to your credit card. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.
